Prague Choral Festival!

The Tallahassee Community Chorus and Dr. Andre Thomas have been invited to participate in this historic festival.

Any chorus member is eligible to go, and we would also like to invite your friends and family to make this trip with us.

Payment Schedule

Land Pkg $2,300 + Transportation $1,600 = $ 3,900 (+/-)

(Please know that while the cost takes inflation into account, the unstable US economy does not allow us to lock this price. The cost may have to be adjusted depending on the value of the US dollar against Czech Crown and the Euro prior to the festival.)

We will be offering two different payments options:  Lump Sums or Monthly payments via Check / Cashier Ck / Money Order / Visa or Master Card / Cash-Monday nights only!

Payments will be accepted prior to any rehearsal or via US Mail to:

ALL CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS (ATM/DEBT/CREDIT - VISA or Mastercard only)  A 3% convenience fee will be added to each transaction.

Lump Sum Payments

Due by dates listed below:

15 Nov 09 →  $1,000 (NO Deposit given)

                      $ 900 ( $100 Deposit paid)

01 Jun 10 → $1,200

15 Nov 10 → $1,200

01 Mar 11 → $ 500 ( + / - )

MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY 01 MAR 2011

Monthly Payments

If you have already paid your $100 Dep: 

First payment due by 30 Sep 09 = $ 125

If you have not paid the $ 100 deposit:

First payment due by 30 Sep 09 = $ 225

The remaining payments will be:

$ 225 Monthly X 16 months

Starting with Oct 2009 - Jan 2011

Final Payment $ 75 - Feb 2011 ( + / - )

MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY 01 MAR 2011

Passport Info

Though it's early... it's never to early to think about passports!  If you have a US Passport already take a look at it and see when it expires.  If it expires before Oct 18, 2011 then just know you will have to get it renewed in the next year.

If you currently do not have a US Passport start thinking about where that birth certificate might be...

Cancelation Policy

(For Group or Individual)

Before January 1, 2010      The initial deposit of $100 will not be refunded

Before July 1, 2010    75% of deposits will be refunded

Before December 1, 2010    50% of deposits will be refunded

Before April 1, 2011    25% of deposit will be refunded

On or after April 1, 2011    NO deposit will be refunded

The above information is separate from any cancelation policy that might be included as part of your Travel Insurance Policy purchased separately.
